How to use PC mold
Production 1. Insert the wax core
Use mold sealer to plug hole
To prevent leakage after inserting the wax wick into the hole, use a mold sealer to plug the wax wick hole .
Production 2. Spray release sprayer
Secure the wax wick and spray the inside of the mold with release spray. Mold release spray creates a thin, oily coating that helps the candle separate smoothly from the mold.
Production 3. Melting wax
Melt the wax according to the mold capacity.
Production 4. Coloring
Use oil-soluble liquid dyes, color blocks or pigment chips to create the desired color for your application.
Production 5. Mix sesame oil
The temperature varies depending on the type of wax, but add the sesame oil at about 80 to 85 degrees and stir evenly for about 1 minute .
Production 6. Pour wax
Based on the column wax, pour the wax into the mold at a temperature of about 75~85 degrees Celsius .
Production 7. Fixed wax core
Using the wax wick clamp, gently pull on the wax wick and secure it in the center of the mold .
Production 8. Second pouring of wax
When the surface of the wax has hardened slightly, prick around the wick and pour the wax into the empty space .
Production 9. Remove mold sealer
Once the wax has completely hardened, remove the mold sealer before removing the candle.
Production 10. Take out the candle
After confirming that the mold is completely cooled, gently press the area where the wax has shrunk. This will help with better removal of the candle. Remove the candle and arrange the wax wick.
