Usage tutorial:

Production 1. Melt paraffin

Melt the paraffin wax at a temperature of 80~90℃.

Production 2. Wax the wax core

Put the prepared wax core into the melted paraffin and coat the wax core with a layer of wax. The air between the wax cores will come out like bubbles, Soak the wax core until the bubbles no longer come out, then take it out.

Production 3. Remove excess wax from the wax core

When the wax has been fully absorbed by the wax core, wipe the surface with a kitchen towel.

Production 4. Cut the wax core

Wait approximately 5 minutes for the wax wick to harden, then cut off the wax-coated wick if necessary.

Production 5. Install wax core holder

Insert the waxed wax core into the wax core holder hole, and the flat surface where the wax core can be attached should be facing downwards.

Production 6. Fixed wax core holder

Use pliers and other tools to firmly clamp the neck of the wax core holder to secure the wax core. If you apply too little force, the wax core holder may become loose and fall off.
