Square bracket mold

This is a square bracket silicone mold that can be used as tea light holder, cone holder and incense holder.

It is designed in two shapes: round and square, giving people a simple and neat impression.
Small candles with a diameter of 4cm and tapered candles with a diameter of 2 to 2.2cm can be inserted. Incense sticks can be inserted in the middle.

You can enjoy various things with one stand.
Stands can be stacked like blocks.

In the case of square brackets, include a rigid mold retaining frame to prevent deformation of the side design due to expansion of the plaster .

Whether solid color or terrazzo technique, you can make your own design stand using very basic designs!

Point 1. Design

This is a silicone bracket mold with a diameter of 5cm, a height of 5cm and an outer edge of 0.5cm. (The weight of the finished gypsum is about 140g)
Gypsum can show bright colors using pigment powder.
The stent product does not contain fragrance. It is recommended to use a mixture of oral gypsum powder and CW plaster liquid in a ratio of 2.5:1.

Tip. Production ratio when using ornament gypsum powder (about 140g 1 piece)
Gypsum powder 100g: gypsum liquid 40g

* If Using CW plaster liquid, you can show more vivid colors and enhance the strength of the bracket.

Point 2. Product content

The square bracket mold consists of 2 holes.
The hardness of silicone is moderate, so the shape will not deform, and it has a handle for easy demoulding.
When demoulding, extend the handle to both sides to demould.

Point 3. Mold holder protects the shape

Square stand silicone molds come with a mold holding frame to prevent deformation of the design when plaster or wax is poured into the mold. Insert the fixed frame into the mold and pour the contents.
