Return & Refund Policy 退貨及退款政策

In order to avoid disputes between Candle Element and the customer, when the customer receive the goods, please check whether the goods are in good order immediately. If there is any problem, please take a photo of the defective part of the goods and contact us at once.

The following conditions:

1) The product is damaged

2) Wrong good(s) delivered

If it is due to delivery error, the shipping costs for the returned goods and re-ordering of goods will be responsible by Candle Element (The maximum shipping charge should not be more than HK$50)

The following conditions cannot apply for a refund or returned:

1) Self-mistake during purchasing

2) Individual good out of stock and request to refund for other goods of the same order

3) Delivery time delayed due to shipping problem

4) Damaged by human error

5) Goods is damaged due to improper use or demolition caused 

6) Dissatisfaction on the Quality, Color, Packaging

*Candle Element reserves the right for final decision.

為避免雙方發生爭議，當顧客收到商品後，請即時檢查商品是否完整。

如發現有以下問題,請清楚拍下該件商品有問題的部分,並盡快與我們聯絡

1) 商品有損壞

2) 錯配商品

因商品配送失誤，退回商品運費及寄出重訂商品時的運費均由Candle Element承擔。

(所承擔之最高總運費金額不高於港幣50元)

以下情況不可申請退款或退換:

1) 選購了錯誤產品

2) 個別商品斷貨而要求訂單的其他商品退款

3) 因運送問題而延誤送遞時間

4) 人為破損

5) 消費者個人不當使用拆卸產生人為因素造成故障、損毀、髒污、包裝破損不完整

6) 因品質、顏色、包裝與預期有出入並非退貨原因。
