Prepare tools and materials

Tools : Electronic scale [0.01/500g], Electric furnace, Stainless steel reagent spoon, Glass rod, glass beaker 25ml (2 pieces), 20ml transparent glass bottle , dropper , Mini Funnel

Weighing
Use a stainless steel reagent spoon to weigh 5 g of colorless solid [856] vanillin raw material and put it into a 25 ml glass beaker.

Weigh the solvent
Place the 25ml glass beaker containing [856] vanillin solid material on the electronic scale, then press the [T] button on the electronic scale to reset the electronic scale to zero, and finally add [ 856] Add 5g [3011] dipropylene glycol (DPG) solvent to a 25ml glass beaker of vanillin solid material.

Mixed
Use a glass rod and stir thoroughly to dissolve the solids.

Heating
In order to ensure that the solid raw materials are completely dissolved, you may use an electric heating stove. To prevent damage to the glass beaker, please use an electric heating stove with adjustable temperature.

Finally put it into an empty bottle
Finally, pour the completely dissolved materials into the prepared 20ml glass bottle, You can use a mini funnel to pour it into the bottle conveniently.
