In-store pickup & Delivery Details
Hong Kong local delivery
- Each order of HK$600 or above can enjoy local free shipping once
- Each order is less than HK$600. If you need to arrange local delivery service, shipping fee will be charged based on weight (the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee during checkout)

Shipping time:
Candle Element will generally dispatch within 1 working day after receiving the paid order
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will Suspended shipment
If typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning signal is in effect, the shipment date will be postponed or suspended.
Delivery time:
10kg or below: 1-2 working days after shipment^
10kg or above: 1-3 working days after shipment ^
Additional charges for special areas are as follows:
Free delivery is only available in designated areas on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Some areas, remote areas and Outlying island areas are subject to additional service charges or delivery service may not be provided. You can check with us before placing an order. We have the final decision on whether you can enjoy free shipping.
Local same-day delivery (if necessary, please contact us first)
Generally shipped by LALAMOVE, the freight is borne by the consignee. There will be different charges for different addresses.
Under 10kg: delivery by courier specialist
Over 10kg: delivery by light truck (Van)
After placing the order, you need to wait for the warehouse colleagues to arrange it. If there is no courier picking up the order, the customer will be notified.
If there are any additional charges, they will be paid by the consignee.
The order placement time must be before 15:00 on the same day. Orders that cannot be arranged will be postponed to the next working day.
Macau delivery method
Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight during checkout and will generally be delivered within 3-6 working days. If you have any inquiries, you can contact us
The "SF Express" will make the final decision on whether all products can be delivered to Macau
For any reason the shipment is rejected by the "SF Express", we will deduct the freight charged by SF Express and refund the balance of the order.

^The above delivery time is the average time of past orders. The actual delivery time will depend on the courier company's arrangements.

Self-pickup
- After placing the order, the product will usually be ready within 2 hours, and you can pick it up during office hours.
- No additional reservation is required
- The warehouse period is 10 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- After the expiration date, the order will be treated as abandoned and no refund will be given.

- From Ho Man Tin/To Kwa Wan, It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from MTR Station
Delivery surcharge
In the following circumstances, the driver may have the opportunity to charge a surcharge or arrange for delivery downstairs.
- Parking lot charges
- Lifting goods across obstacles
- Need to move to the delivery location and the distance exceeds 100 meters or it may take more than 3 minutes (vehicles cannot reach it)
- long slope/no lift/need to carry stairs
The above service fees shall be discussed between the consignee and the driver , and paid by the consignee.
