 Citral Citral is a major component of lemongrass-scented essential oils, such as lemongrass and litsea cubeba. It retains the fresh citrus aroma and is often used in the composition of citrus notes and also adds sourness to fruity aromas. Please handle with caution as it may become unstable when exposed to air and light.
Storage method
