As a carrier oil, castor oil is a solubilizer that helps incorporate fragrance into the fabric mist/perfume carrier oil.If fragrance is added directly to a fabric mist base oil made of water-soluble substances, it will not mix to become cloudy or separate, so the help of a liquid solubilizer is needed.
