Purple mica may appear matte, but its color range in soaps and melts spans the luminous spectrum from deep purple to periwinkle. This celestial mica is as delicate as stardust and makes lovely soaps, melts, and more.

Note: We do not recommend the use of mica in candles.

Recommended usage rate of soap:

• Melt & Pour: ½ teaspoon per pound of soap base
  
  • Note: White soap base will always create a soft color.
• Cold/Hot Process: 1½-2 teaspoons per pound of oil or 2½ - 3 grams per pound of batter
