Point 4. Tips for making oil lamps
The size of the flame is adjusted according to the length of the wick, so the wick length should be as short as 1 to 2 mm.If the wick is lit when it is not completely wet with oil, the wick itself may burn, shorten in length, and the flame may die out.
Fully immerse the wick in the oil and light it.
Keep the solution less than 2/3 or half of the container to maintain the most stable and brightest flame. Use a smoke extinguisher to extinguish the wick more reliably and without producing soot.
