Product Description
- It feels softer and smoother than moisturizing foam. It is the most popular soap base style among the public.
- Resistant to high humidity of about 80%
- It is not easy to shed water. When it is humid or rainy, the finished product is more likely to produce small glycerin water droplets, but it does not affect the use of the finished product.
- Good thermal fluidity and fast heating and melting speed.
- The finished product is not easy to become soft due to soaking in water.
- Alcohol-free.
- This product is a semi-finished soap product with no fragrance or added colorants. It can be cut into pieces and used directly.

Recommended dosage of soap base additives
Try not to exceed 5% per 1KG of soap base liquid additives. Adding too much soap base will easily soften when exposed to water
1. Breast milk 50~200cc (added per kilogram)
2. Vegetable oil (fat) 1~5%
3. Essential oil 1~5%
4. Flavor 1~3%
5. Menthol 1~5%
6. Flower powder/slurry powder 1~3%

Soap base production method
1. Unwrap the soap base and cut into small pieces , heat and dissolve in water.
2. Please control the temperature at 55~65 degrees during production. Too high temperature will easily cause the soap base to deteriorate.
3. Add coloring matter and herbal powder and stir evenly, stop heating and add your favorite flavor.
(If the essence is added during the heating process, the heat will easily evaporate the fragrance)
4. Pour it into the mold. If there are small bubbles on the surface, you can use 75% disinfecting alcohol to spray the surface to defoaming.
5. After cooling and hardening, remove the film and use it.
6. In rainy days or during the rainy season, please seal and package as soon as possible after cooling and removing the film to avoid small droplets of glycerin, which will affect the appearance.
